Dr. Aygun Musayeva is a pediatric endocrinologist from Azerbaijan, dedicated to advancing child health through both clinical care and academic research. She earned her medical degree at Azerbaijan Medical University (2011–2017) and subsequently completed her pediatric residency there (2017–2021). Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in pediatric endocrinology in Azerbaijan and an MSc in Endocrinology at the University of South Wales, UK. Her research interests focus on central precocious puberty, including MKRN3 mutations and neuropeptide regulation of pubertal onset, as well as broader pediatric endocrine disorders. She has published narrative reviews, case reports, and original studies, contributing to international journals and conferences. Dr. Musayeva combines her clinical expertise with academic dedication, aiming to bring advanced diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in pediatric endocrinology to Azerbaijan. She is passionate about global collaboration and improving outcomes for children with hormonal and metabolic disorders through both research and practice.
